A nice old Florentine Villa of 19th century, a typical Tuscan residence, well-sited nearby the Arno river and a few minutes walk from the historical town center, with the most important museums, exhibitions and monuments and its extraordinary atmosphere. Also the Florence Expo Congress Center is very close, nearby S. Maria Novella Railway Station.
It is in the same villa of room R104 "King Magnifico" published on this website, but with another arrangement of the beds.
A comfortable room furnished in ancient style with two single beds, individual bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV color, refrigerator, safety box. Also there is the boiler for heating tea or coffe in each bed-room.
On request you can leave your car in private parking located in the courtyard eqquipped of tables and umbrellas too . Breakfast room at the first floor provide you a very good italian breakfast in the morning. The guests can use also the kitchen and have the key of the main door to go in and out freely.
Buffet Breakfast: daily 8 - 10,30 a.m.
The prices incluse Italian breakfast, bed linen changing every three days and daily cleaning.
